Thauseef Mohammed is an IIM Ahmedabad alumnus with 15+ years of experience in strategic HR, workforce governance, and multi-country operations. He has played a pivotal role in building compliant, scalable workforce systems and leading ethical recruitment at scale across the GCC and South Asia.

A recognized thought leader, he is a co-author of an IIM Ahmedabad business case on HR transformation and has contributed to organizations receiving honours including the Taqdeer Awards for Worker Welfare, Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award for Business Excellence, GCC Government HR Award, and EXPO 2020 “Better Together” Award in the UAE.
